    Reach out by phone or email and let me know you’d like to schedule a consultation

  • Consultation

    Please have your insurance information ready (if you plan to use insurance to pay for services). During this free, 30-minute phone call you can ask as many questions as you would like about therapy, my style, and what you hope to achieve. This will also allow you and I to see if we are a good fit and if my approach will be able to work with your needs. If you would like to proceed, we can schedule our first appointment.

  • First Appointment

    In our 50-minute virtual appointment, we will discuss what you’re struggling with and start to create a treatment plan that fits your needs. If you need any immediate help, I can give you healthy coping skills and strategies to alleviate distress in the short-term.
